1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Starlight Ventures Holdings (BVI) (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Starlight Ventures Holdings”, “SVH”). By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Starlight Ventures Holdings (BVI) is an international business financing, consultancy, underwriting preparation, and capital-raising support firm. We do not provide personal loans, payday loans, consumer credit, or regulated mortgage lending.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Project finance facilitation
• Application optimisation and lender-grade documentation preparation
• Cross-border financial structuring
• KYC/AML, compliance and pre-underwriting review
• Post-funding administration and tranche management

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses, developers, entrepreneurs, and other corporate clients. By engaging with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorised to act on behalf of the entity making the enquiry.

4. Application Process & Approvals

Any indications, soft approvals, or conditional approvals are not binding offers of finance. Final facilities are subject to underwriting, due diligence, KYC/AML verification, legal review, and the decisions of independent credit committees, underwriting partners, insurers and/or third-party institutions.

5. Fees

Application, optimisation, due diligence, underwriting, and administrative fees are case-specific. All fees are disclosed in writing and are payable only where applicable as outlined in your personalised terms. Where the Application Fee is paid following a Soft Approval, the fee is placed with the Starlight Ventures Holdings escrow account and is refundable if the application is denied at the Hard Application and Underwriting stage.

SVH does not collect deposits, security payments, or advance charges unrelated to authorised application or underwriting processes.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared with SVH in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated confidentially and disclosed only to authorised personnel, underwriting partners, legal advisors, insurers and other parties strictly necessary for the file. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and current information.
• Comply with all applicable AML/KYC and sanctions regulations.
• Notify us of any material changes to information previously submitted.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials issued to you.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or in any communication from SVH constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a legally binding offer. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data arising from the use of our website or services.
